Innovation

Europe needs the Cultural & Creative Sectors & Industries – the CCSI – as one of the key drivers of a novel innovation model that will help the EU to prosper in times of disruption and transformation.
We believe: Cultural & Creative Sectors & Industries have the power and potential to be the real game changer!
With our first round of open, challenge-based and mission-driven Calls, we invite you to co-create our common future in Europe with your innovative, creative and disruptive ideas and proposals.
The EIT Culture & Creativity puts cross-innovation and cross- fertilization of different sectors and areas, ideas and players at the forefront. Together with the EIT and eight other Innovation Communities we promote and support the collaboration. of education, business, and research dimensions and organisations – called the Knowledge Triangle Integration – and we extend it to the public authorities and civil society. We believe: with diversity, culture & creativity we can empower the next generation of innovators to address the global challenges!
With these first Calls – together with you – EIT Culture & Creativity will lay the foundations to unleash the transformative potential of CCSI across nations, disciplines and the wider society, to spearhead the Triple Transitions – the digital, green and social transformations – because we believe: the Cultural & Creative Sectors & Industries will be one of the main drivers of a liveable and sustainable future!
