Approval of the launch of a new KIC in the field of Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI), through the adoption of the EIT Strategic Innovation Agenda 2021-2027 by the European Parliament and the Council (Decision (EU) 2021/820).
Publication of the EIT Call for Proposals 2021 for a new EIT Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI).
Closure of application period for EIT Call for Proposals 2021.
Governing Board Hearings in EIT Headquarters in Budapest.
Designation of the winning team set to build EIT Culture & Creativity.
Starting date of the Start Up Grant Agreement (SUGA), ID 101112064.
End date of the Start Up Grant Agreement (SUGA), ID 101112064.
Endorsement of the Start-up Phase and Initial Grant Allocation 2024-2025 by the EIT General Assembly.
Strategic Agenda 2024-2027 of the EIT CC approved by General Assembly of EIT CCSI e.V.

Our Start-up Phase
During the SUGA period, EIT Culture & Creativity was born.
From incorporating the legal entities to awarding funds with our first call of proposals, building the teams and the community, this period was intensely busy. It would not have been possible without the SUGA consortium partners and the support teams.
