EIT Culture & Creativity is organizing the annual kick-off event of its business creation programmes in Bologna (Italy). The event will take place over three days: 16, 17, and 18 September 2025. This Request for Proposals seeks to:
- Secure high-quality hotel accommodation in single rooms for up to 50 participants for the nights of 15 and 16 September 2025.
- Secure additional accommodation for up to 70 participants on the night of 17 September 2025.
- Ensure that the hotel is located close to the event venue, Le Serre (Via Castiglione 134, 40136 Bologna), and is easily accessible.
- Establish a cost-effective agreement with clear pricing, flexible booking terms, and direct communication with the hotel (no intermediaries).
