What can be reported?
Concerns may include, for example:
- suspected fraud or corruption
- misuse or suspected misuse of EIT or EU funds
- conflicts of interest or failures to disclose relevant conflicts
- lack of transparency or possible undue influence in decision-making
- irregularities in project selection, subgranting or procurement procedures
- false or misleading declarations or supporting information
- other serious irregularities affecting EIT Culture & Creativity or the financial interests of the European Union
A person raising a concern does not need to determine in advance whether the matter legally constitutes fraud or another type of irregularity.
