EIT Culture & Creativity is organizing its annual kick-off event of business creation programmes in Amsterdam. The event will take place over three days: July 14, 15, and 16, 2025. Through this RFP, EIT Culture & Creativity aims to achieve the following:
- Secure a professional and fully equipped event space for the delivery of a three-day programme kick-off in Amsterdam (14–16 July 2025) for up to 60 participants including breakout and plenary rooms. This includes ensuring appropriate capacity, comfort, and facilities to host organisers, speakers, and participants.
- Guarantee comprehensive in-house services, including catering, audio-visual equipment, technical support, and staff assistance, to ensure a seamless experience across all event days without the need for third-party suppliers.
- Establish a cost-effective and transparent agreement that includes flexible terms for guest numbers, a clear cancellation policy, and direct coordination with the venue provider for efficient planning and execution.
