EIT Culture & Creativity is seeking proposals from qualified event service providers to support the organisation and delivery of the EIT Education & Skills Days 2027, the flagship education and skills event of the EIT Community. The event is expected to bring together approximately 400–500 participants from across Europe, including representatives from the European Commission, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), the EIT Community, higher education institutions, industry, entrepreneurs, educators, learners, EIT Alumni, and other stakeholders contributing to Europe’s education, skills, and innovation ecosystem.
Disclaimer: Since publication of this RfP, EIT Culture & Creativity has confirmed hosting the event at SQUARE Brussels Convention Centre on 2-3 March. SQUARE's venue offers a range of plenary, networking and breakout spaces, as well as venue-provided catering and AV services. Tenderers are encouraged to consider this in their proposals.
