EIT Culture & Creativity requires a purpose-built CRM platform and associated vendor integration support to replace its current tool and establish a governed, scalable foundation for ecosystem relationship management. The selected platform must support the full lifecycle of EIT Culture & Creativity 's external relationships — from initial contact through to active partnership, programme participation, and alumni engagement.
