From traction to growth.
Initial traction means nothing without scale. Markets evolve, users demand more and investors expect proof of growth. Founders need focus, strategy and execution.
The Scale Programme equips creative-tech scale-ups to convert early success into scalable growth and investment-ready momentum.
Why join Scale?
The Scale Programme empowers creative-tech scale-ups ready for significant expansion. Participants benefit from high-level mentorship from leading industry experts, strategic introductions to investors and specialised guidance on securing future funding.
The programme equips founders to expand their markets, refine their growth strategy and build the operational and financial structures needed for investment readiness.
Multiple financial awards of up to €60,000 are available to fuel the next phase of growth, supporting both market expansion and investor engagement.
What you’ll gain
Scale is built for founders who need structured growth. Across several weeks, teams work through strategic scaling, operational readiness, customer acquisition systems and investment preparation. Each team is expected to demonstrate progress on:
- Kick-off and Demo Day bootcamps: In-person, all-expenses-paid sessions in Europe. The first to launch your growth journey, the second to showcase your achievements to investors and the creative-tech community.
- Expert mentoring: Tailored coaching from founders, mentors and investment professionals to sharpen your strategic and operational skills.
- Peer learning and community access: Exchange experiences with other scale-ups and gain free membership in the EIT Culture & Creativity network, connecting you to investors, institutions and industry leaders.
- Scaling & investment roadmap: Establish a clear, actionable plan for entering new markets, scaling operations and preparing for follow-on funding.
- Funding opportunities: Compete for financial awards of up to €60,000 to accelerate expansion and secure investor-backed growth.
Cohorts in motion
In 2025, Scale ran two cohorts, giving growth stage startups direct access to investors, specialist mentors, and European-level market exposure, with a closing Demo Day in Paris.
Together, the cohorts supported 23 scale-ups from 11 countries, working in architecture, fashion tech, gaming, cultural tools and audiovisual solutions. They strengthened operational efficiency, secured new revenue channels and expanded into new markets. Several teams have since closed funding rounds, entered global partnerships and scaled their operations beyond early traction.
