Resilient Cities, Thriving Communities: CCSI in Action

At the heart of our mission is the belief in the transformative power of the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI) to boost well-being in cities and communities. We see architecture, design, and technology at the forefront of this effort. We are committed to developing sustainable and resilient cities by integrating cultural insights with innovative design principles. Our projects aim to promote both well-being and environmental sustainability.

In collaboration with our host organisation, Creative Industry Košice (CIKE), we leverage their extensive network and expertise to drive initiatives that enhance community engagement and support the local creative economy. CIKE’s continued efforts to strengthen the creative sector in Košice provide a strong foundation for our work, ensuring that our projects deliver lasting regional impact.

By fostering cross-sector collaboration and supporting artistic and social innovation, EIT Culture & Creativity aims to unlock the full potential of CCSI. Our holistic approach includes technology transfer and the meaningful integration of diverse stakeholders within production value networks—enhancing the region’s capacity to innovate and adapt.
