EIT Culture & Creativity is proud to announce the results of our Education Call for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Courses 2025. 

 

These pioneering courses, developed by leading education providers across Europe, will empower professionals in the cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCSI) with new skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, and future-ready competences. The selected projects reflect our commitment to strengthening Europe’s creative workforce through lifelong learning, reskilling, and upskilling opportunities that respond to pressing industry needs. 

 

Altogether, 16 courses have been selected, with 11 EIT-Label CPD Courses each receiving €150,000 and 5 Non-EIT-Label CPD Courses each receiving €75,000. This investment underscores EIT Culture & Creativity’s mission to support excellence in course design and delivery, while enabling scalable and sustainable education models across the CCSI. 

 

Together, these initiatives represent a diverse portfolio of asynchronous learning opportunities across EIT Culture & Creativity’s five priority areas: fashion, architecture, gaming, cultural heritage, and audio-visual media.

 

The courses showcase cutting-edge approaches that merge creativity, technology, and entrepreneurship to boost skills development and job creation in the CCSI. 

 

The following courses have been selected: 

Foresight Studio: Designing the Next Decade 

A 4 month course that equips professionals in the cultural and creative sectors with skills in strategic foresight and creative entrepreneurship. The course blends scenario planning, trend scanning with AI tools, and speculative design with practical business modelling and startup methodologies. 

 

This course is led by the Kyiv Aviation Institute State University, with Unit Management LLC and Verein zur Förderung von innovativen Ideen und Startups (INNO). 

 

Area: Entrepreneurship and Creative Thinking – EIT-Labelled CPD Course 

 

 

Resilient Entrepreneurship in the Creative Economy  

A course designed for students to learn at their own pace across 56 hours of learning with assignments helping them develop the skills necessary to develop their own business ventures and to remain competitive and resilient in a constantly evolving creative and cultural economy. 

 

The course leverages innovative teaching tools such as AI teaching assistants, virtual field trips, and podcasts, and is led by the Stockholm School of Economics Riga, with Bloom Creative Technologies SIA and Space-time Works AB.

CREative catalyst: Design Your Venture

A 25 hour online, asynchronous course that equips participants to identify emerging trends, apply creative and strategic thinking methods and develop sustainable, innovative solutions within the CCSI.

 

The course is structured as three modules (Entrepreneurial Mindset, Effective Teamwork & Collaboration, and Creative Thinking & Innovation). It is led by Consorzio Materahub Industrie Culturali e Creative, with Rinova Ltd.

MEDIAMUSIC: Future proofing creatives in the music industry from producers to media applications

This course promotes proactive foresight, leveraging audience data & AI tools ethically for trend analysis, business development, pitching, sustainability, creative leadership, and strategic thinking.

 

It is led by Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, with Group BV and Disc Jockeys i Productors d’Eivissa i Formentera (DIPEF).

Neuroarchitecture: Designing for Health, Resilience & Sustainability

This 30 hour course equips architecture and design professionals with practical tools to create bio-based, circular, and trauma-informed spaces, blending neuroscience, sustainable architecture, and New European Bauhaus (NEB) values and principles. Participants learn to balance health and well-being, energy efficiency, and impact on the environment, applying circular strategies for low-carbon construction and post-war regeneration.

 

This course is led by the Higher Educational Institution King Danylo University, with Blago Bud LLC and TBZ SaS di Gantioler Guenther & C.

Embedding AI in the design of the creative process

A 30 hour course that embraces the transformative potential of AI while emphasising ethical considerations and responsible AI practices in the audio-visual media sector. It combines interactive lectures, micro-learning, practical workshops, and collaborative projects to empower participants as creative innovators.

 

The course is led by CIIM Innovations Ltd, with Humaniti AI Solutions EOOD and European Network of Comics Representatives and Entrepreneurs.

Building sustainable business models within the 3rd wave of digital disruption in the music industry

A 3 month course for professionals in creative business and innovation within the music industry, focusing on leveraging AI and XR technologies to drive sustainability, creativity and growth. Learners will develop a Double Diamond designed business model, and receive regular feedback with mentoring and inter-vision sessions.

 

The course is led by Hogeschool Inholland, with Ristband North Limited and Stichting Thunderboom Records.

Generation Entrepreneurs: Learn to Earn – Youth Startup Skills for the Creative Digital Economy

An intensive entrepreneurship course for ages 15–24, equipping young people with the skills and mindset to turn ideas into real businesses. It focuses on creative and digital fields like coding, design, and content creation, addressing the entrepreneurial skills gap.

 

This course is led by Brainster CBC Collective, BLOconomy Albania and Digital Innovation Hub ONEX.

 

Area: Youth Entrepreneurship – EIT-Labelled CPD Course

 

 

Foresight and Innovation for Resilient Entrepreneurs in the Culture and Creative Sectors and Industries

A 3 month online course that trains professionals in the Cultural and Creative Sectors to anticipate change and innovate through foresight, strategy, and creative leadership. Learners practice trendspotting, scenario planning, and prototyping, with real-world case studies and challenge-based tasks. The course helps CCSI managers and SMEs become more agile, resilient, and future-ready.

 

This course is led by the Center of Business Excellence, Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana, with Kimitisik B.V.

 

Area: Youth Entrepreneurship – EIT-Labelled CPD Course

 

 

CREAcademy: Unlocking Entrepreneurship for Young Creatives 

A course that unlocks entrepreneurship for young creatives by guiding CCSI students and professionals through a journey of mastering essential entrepreneurial skills that will empower them to turn creative ideas into viable, sustainable businesses.

 

This course is led by Kazimieras Simonavičius University, with Aiventor Sp. z o.o. 

 

Area: Youth Entrepreneurship – EIT-Labelled CPD Course 

 

 

YOuNg Disruptive EntRepreneurS   

Empowers young people to develop entrepreneurial skills and launch impactful cultural and creative projects. Using non-formal education and participatory approaches, it helps youth turn passions into businesses that address local and global challenges. Two tailored learning paths support younger (15–18) and older (19–24) students.

 

This course is led by HAUTE ECOLE ICHEC – ECAM – ISFSC and Consorzio Materahub Industrie Culturali e Creative. 

 

Area: Youth Entrepreneurship – EIT-Labelled CPD Course 

 

 

Building for the Future: Architecture for Sustainable and Healthy Cities  

A two week CPD course for architects, urban planners, and entrepreneurs to design sustainable, healthy, and inclusive cities. It explores links between urban design, public health, circular economy, food, tourism, and mobility. The course prepares professionals to align with the EU’s green, digital, and entrepreneurial transitions. 

 

This course is led by the University of Applied Sciences Europe, with the European Cultural Centre Italy S.R.L. 

 

Sector: Architecture – Continuous Professional Development  

 

 

Innovating Child-Centered Sustainable Spaces 

An online course that trains architects and designers to lead sustainable and regenerative practices with a focus on design for kids. Through four modules, participants learn circular design, case studies, product development, bio-based materials, and complete a capstone children-centered design project. The program blends theory and practice, preparing professionals for leadership in sustainable design markets. 

 

This course is led by Frederick University Cyprus and Smart AI Solutions Single Member PC.

Smart and Sustainable AI Content Creation for Audio-Visual 

A 4 month online course teaching professionals to create and manage audio-visual content using AI in ethical and sustainable ways. Covering content creation, data analytics, IP rights, and monetization, it blends hands-on learning, gamification, and peer collaboration. The course equips learners for careers in digital media and creative industries while promoting responsible innovation. 

 

This course is led by the Canadian Institute of Technology. 

 

Sector: Audio-visual media – Continuous Professional Development 

 

 

DEVELWEEKS  

Offers short, intensive online bootcamps for youth (18–35) and professionals in audio-visual media, fashion, and gaming. Each bootcamp combines live sessions, real-world projects, and mentoring, with strong focus on inclusivity and diversity. Participants gain practical skills, certification, and networking opportunities, preparing them for high-growth creative sectors. 

 

This course is led by Develhope Srl. 

 

Sector: Audio-visual media – Continuous Professional Development 

 

 

Gaming AI Mastery  

A 4 week online course on integrating AI, VR, and AR into game development, aimed at boosting Europe’s gaming sector. Participants learn through industry case studies and expert-led training, helping grow a skilled, innovative gaming workforce. 

 

This course is led by Brainster Next Skopje with Algebra LTD.
